FACERS Awards

Nominate someone for a FACERS Award!

Every year FACERS honors a Public Works Employee, Rural Engineer, Urban Engineer and Team Project of the Year. Awards are open to all individuals in public works and engineering in Florida’s cities and counties. There is no requirement to be a FACERS member. Rural agencies are defined as having a population less than 100,000. Urban agencies have a population of 100,000 or more.

Nominees receive written congratulations/notification of their nomination. The winners receive statewide recognition from FACERS at their annual convention and are also featured in the Technology Transfer Quarterly. The engineering award recipients may also qualify for national recognition.

To nominate someome you may complete the form below and it will be automatically e-mailed to a FACERS Selection Committee member. The committee will obtain all additional information to meet state and national criteria. The deadline for applications is April 19, 2010. Any more questions? Ask us!
